MLH Commercial Photography was created to provide clients, such as advertising firms, architects, designers and contractors, with exceptional, creative architectural and real estate photographic services. MLH Commercial Photography prides itself on the passion for creativity and individuality while striving to represent accurate and artistic images that represent not just a space, but showcase the unique selling points of the client's project.

Maureen Haley-Polaneczky, CPP, is the founder and owner of MLH Commercial Photography. Maureen has been involved with the photography, fashion and modeling industry in different capacities for over 30 years. She has been a professional model for over 35 years in NYC and Philadelphia. She has worked in the finance and banking industry, mainly in the Commercial Real Estate Lending area as an analyst and a commercial lender, before leaving the industry in 2005 to raise her 3 children now ages 25, 8 and 9.

Her other interests are martial arts, in particular Aikido, where she is certified in self-defense and a member of the U.S. Martial Arts Association.
